Founded by a Principal for Principals

Our husband and wife co-founders, Harry and Sandy, founded Envisage in 2014, starting with a small team in a Hampshire clinic. They were very hands on in these early days, with Sandy as a dentist looking after all things clinical, and Harry supporting with his business expertise. Since then our growth has been steady, ensuring we adopt learnings every step of the way.

The journey to practice growth is often forgotten, or ignored, by other dental groups, but our hands on journey ensures that we truly get it! We know what it takes to have built your clinic patient by patient, person by person and supplier by supplier. We know about the relationship you have with the handyman, and how the Christmas party is the team’s social date of the year.

When you join us, you don’t have to worry about the big group coming in to change everything up – instead we celebrate your unique ways and the journey you have been on. We actively encourage you to continue to drive your practice locally, whilst ensuring you are empowered and supported to continue to evolve your practice.

You’ll work in close collaboration with a designated Director of Clinic Support (DOC) who will work closely with you and the whole team to help release your ambitions. They take great care in ensuring they fully understand your operating model and unique culture, before working with you to develop a growth strategy for your practice.
