For almost two decades, Dr. Bret Garner has built Serenity Dental into a five-chair high-quality private dental clinic in Hampshire. After completing the sale last year, Bret reflects on his current journey.

We still have complete clinical freedom to care for our patients exactly as they always were and see no reason for this to ever change.

Since joining, Envisage have helped with strategy planning and investment which has enabled a lot of practice growth.

We’ve introduced a digital pathway for patients, investing in new technology and equipment. We’ve also recently extended the practice, building a separate hygiene suite to focus on preventative perio for our patients.
