Our founders
Dr Sandy Dau and Harry Gill founded Envisage Dental in 2014 with the first clinic purchased in February 2014. Their purpose has remained the same, to deliver the best experience at every interaction. Early on they recognised that it takes a team to create a great clinic, so they focussed on creating a culture that empowers teams and puts patients at the centre of everything they do. After successfully having several clinics join their group, a long-term vision of redefining group dentistry was born, where we bring together truly exceptional private dental clinics that share our patient led purpose.
Sandy and Harry are proud to be one of the only groups founded by a Dentist and still majority owned by founders and senior management team. This truly creates a long-term approach to building a great group.

For almost two decades, Dr. Bret Garner has built Serenity Dental into a five-chair high-quality private dental clinic in Hampshire. After completing the sale last year, Bret reflects on his current journey.
Brett's decision to partner with Envisage stemmed from a desire to focus on dentistry without the administrative burdens of practice ownership. Since joining, Envisage have helped with strategy planning and investment which has enabled a lot of practice growth.
We’ve introduced a digital pathway for patients, investing in new technology and equipment. We’ve also recently extended the practice, building a separate hygiene suite to focus on preventative perio for our patients.
