We have a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Dental Business Manager to lead our premium private dental clinic, Crescent Lodge, in Clapham Common. This is a high level Clinic Management role, reporting into an inspirational Regional Director and focussed on driving and implementing the strategic performance of our Clinic. We can offer significant empowerment and autonomy, and for the right person the longer term opportunity to grow with us into a multi-site role as we expand our London clinic footprint in future. We are just 30 seconds from Clapham Common tube station.

Significant dental leadership experience is essential for this role – and it is essential that you will be able to demonstrate a strong track record in leading a comparable dental clinic or clinics, including implementing commercial strategies, driving key performance indicators, and building strong relationships with Clinicians and Senior Managers.

Established over twenty years, Crescent Lodge is a large well established 8 surgery private clinic, fully renovated to a high standard, equipped with the best equipment, and most recently invested with a purpose built office in the courtyard garden with 4 workstations and TCO zone. We have a big team of clinicians and colleagues delivering the full range of general and specialist dentistry.

You will demonstrate or be:

· A strong commercial leader who creates full accountability throughout the clinic, inspiring a culture of continued improvement.

· Confident and decisive communication skills

· Naturally inquisitive with a proactive approach in anticipating issues, fast to react and get the job done!

· A true understanding of the importance of a great patient journey – able to identify opportunities and turn these into results.

· Able to influence all stakeholders from clinicians, to support managers and subject matter experts.
