We have a fantastic opportunity for a driven Dental Practice Manager to join our friendly team at Temple Square Dental in Aylesbury. This is the perfect time to join us at Envisage Dental UK as we embark on our next phase of growth. About Temple Square Dental: We are a 4-surgery private practice in the heart of historic Aylesbury, situated in a charming building that has been a feature of old Aylesbury since the 1500s and a dental practice since the 1950s. Our highly-experienced clinical team offers state-of-the-art dental treatments alongside specialist dentistry. As our new Practice Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with our well-established, high-performing clinicians who are dedicated to excellence in patient care and clinical outcomes. This collaboration will not only enhance your leadership skills but also provide valuable insights into advanced dental practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• You will ideally have a dental or healthcare management background although this is not essential for the role
• A strong commercial leader who fosters accountability throughout the clinic and inspires continuous improvement
• Confident and decisive communication skills
• Proactive and naturally inquisitive, with a fast reaction time to anticipate and address issues
• A deep understanding of the importance of a great patient journey and the ability to turn opportunities into results
• Ability to influence all stakeholders, from clinicians to support team members and subject matter experts
